Our stones are expertly sourced and hand-selected from the most reputable sites around the world to ensure unmatched quality and preservation of each stone in its natural element.

Can I purchase pre-made products or do you only make custom pieces?
Yes! AMT Jewelry Design has pret-a-porter (ready to wear) collections that are available seasonally.
We specialize in fine custom 18-karat jewelry and are available to work both one-on-one with private clientele as well as retail to create one-of-a kind custom creations.
I would like a custom piece…How does this process work?
Our production process is simple; reflecting our artisanal approach to superior design and quality craftsmanship.
Working directly with our founder and designer, Alecia will guide you through the exciting custom process.
1) We will discuss stones, metals, budgets and your personal style. Jewelry is about self expression. Have fun and enjoy the process!
2) A sketch and design will be given
3) Prior to a 3D model that’s been created just for you a deposit is requested that is applied to the final cost. A wax model and or 3D rendering will be shown to guarantee the perfect fit
4)Delivery of the finished piece for you or your loved one to treasure and enjoy
Are all your products made with 18-karat gold? What other kinds of materials do you use?
As our speciality is in creating fine jewelry, we use 18-karat gold (yellow, white and rose gold), platinum and palladium. Our commitment to unbridled quality and aesthetics is reflected in our philosophy to ensure an assortment of 18-karat metals in all our pieces to add heft and beauty.
Where are your products made? What is your 'green policy'?
Our jewelry is produced in a local state-of-the art facility in Chicago, Illinois.
This ensures the highest production quality throughout the process and allows us to provide our customers with a quick turn-around time so they may enjoy their pieces in a timely fashion.
Our philosophy is to use the finest materials while also doing business responsibly and in a eco-friendly manner. Throughout each and every step of our production process we are mindful of our 'carbon footprint' and committed to sustainable future.
How long does it take to receive my product once the order has been placed? What are your shipping options?
You have several shipping options to choose from depending on how quickly you wish to receive your item:
1) Complimentary 2nd day shipping on all readymade orders in the continental USA
2) Overnight express shipping available.
How can I return my products and what is your policy?
All store-bought items at Marshall Pierce are returnable according to the store's 30 day return policy.
All custom made pieces are not returnable as they are made exclusively for you. AMT Jewelry Design works from the very beginning of the process from sketch to model to exceed your expectations of the finished piece.
